Leslie Nicholas Licensed Oregon real estate broker. Listing and buying specialist. In order to do this; I must listen, ask questions and pay attention to what people say.

The best part of my job is meeting a variety of people and helping them with their real estate needs. I find it extremely gratifying helping the first-time home buyer achieve their dream of being a homeowner. Along with helping the first-time home buyers, I also appreciate working with "seasoned" homeowners who are ready for a life change; down-sizing because their children have left or upsizing because their family has expanded. I have been around real estate for over 40 years, I am a third-generation realtor. I've learned from the best; my grandmother and my mother.
