Buying a home is exciting, stressful, and complicated, emotional.

Huge congratulations to my amazing clients Nick, Lucy, and Gaylen on their new home, and thank you so much for the incredibly kind review!

Moments like this remind me why I approach real estate the way I do. My goal has never been to be the loudest salesperson in the room. I want to be the steady hand when things get complicated, the person who explains the process clearly, solves problems creatively, and helps people feel cared for during one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

Quick market update!

July numbers are in and inventory is higher than it’s been all year! For buyers, that means there’s a lot to choose from.

On the sell side, prices are starting to trend downward (also great news for buyers) so sellers need to have the property in tip top shape and priced realistically for today’s market (not 2022). I can help!

Houses in the $300k-600k range are in the sweet spot and on average are selling faster than more expensive properties.
