Last morning in Cabo: 80 degrees, sun on the water, coffee on the patio.

First morning home: 40 degrees, breath fogging the window, frost on the grass.

Same God, same creation — just different corners of it.

“This is the day that the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.” — Psalm 118:24

Wouldn’t trade either one. The warmth reminds me He’s generous. The cold reminds me He’s God and I’m not. 🍂

Peak roller coaster. 0/10 — and we’d still do it all over again.

Come tour a fixer and a flip with me! My clients blew a tire on the way to our showings….I was able to keep our appointments and video the homes for them. They made it to our last two showings 😅. What a day! I lost internet (gps) trying to find the second home. Found it! lol. I need to remember to keep a real map in my car. They decided to make an offer on another home we toured previously…yay!

What’s wrong with me? 😅 I went to an open house this weekend just to ‘relax’ and ended up critiquing the baseboards, checking the water pressure, and mentally rearranging the kitchen. My husband just rolled his eyes. I can’t turn it off. If you need someone who looks at the bones of a house instead of just the staging, you know who to call. 🏡🔍 ”
