Whoaz! First House Alert of the Year ‼️🔔From what I’ve been witnessing over the scant 2 weeks of our New Year is a return of buyer interest and activity spike in Portland Real Estate 📈
What many are coining 2023 to be the Year of the Buyer, is staring out strong 💪and I had to highlight this cherry 🍒 of a find. I’ve been known to paint a room or 2 pink, and a pink house, oh my!! This one is calling my name for sure. I am in love with the welcoming and open, wide front porch. And I am a sucker for a Craftsman- Bungalow in Grant Park, I mean it’s not only the neighborhood I grew up in but it’s also the house style we lived in when I was a kid, so fond memories here and so close and walkable to everything that makes Portland enjoyable.
The homeowners created a beautiful blend of modern and keeping original charm throughout and I love the feel of the kitchen. It absolutely states that big, messy, fun family meals are created in here and so are everyday simple pleasures.
An abundance of plants, warmth, corals and a mix of design textures such a welcome sight to see and I can imagine spending days in the lofty primary suite just lounging and reading.
Not my listing, but I would be super excited to tour it with you ✨🍒
