Amirah (Palestinian descent) and Kadoh (Cameroonian descent) joined forces with a shared goal: Portland needs more high-quality housing and urban infill is the key to getting there.

By pairing our unique skill sets, we’ve built a $6.5M development pipeline across 11 single-family homes YTD—and we’re on track to add even more cottages before the end of the year!

We believe housing should be functional, located in incredible neighborhoods, and styled with a signature “bold but calm” aesthetic that stands out in the market.
