What an exciting week! When our client initially contacted us, we realized we were aiming for a fast “come to market” timeline to sell his home. We love a challenge.

Dana and I staged this home then had professional photos taken by the incredible Mosaic Studios. Almost immediately after, this Sunnyside bungalow went live on market. We invited about 200 neighbors and friends to the open house. Dana and Bud greeted a steady and enthusiastic stream of well over 100 open house attendees. They shared all our favorite things about this special home, helping potential buyers connect with the home, understand its advantages, and most importantly of all, see themselves living here.

Our client received multiple offers with various creative and excellent terms, and come Monday evening we began the process of offer acceptance while also negotiating backup positions.
