As a former teacher, I can attest to the amount of work, care, and effort that’s put forth by teachers across the state, from what you can see in a school to all that goes unnoticed. Teachers care immensely for our children, supporting them educationally, socially and emotionally, too! Teachers face endless battles from every angle, basically every minute of the day, and yet they still get up every morning, put on a smile, and often do much more than what’s required to support the growth of our children (they aren’t doing it for the money, I can tell ya that 😅). It’s a trying time to be a teacher right now, but we support you and appreciate the work you’re doing to prepare our society’s future leaders and community members. Teachers are truly superheroes!!! 👩‍🏫 📚👨‍🏫

Head to your local library and pick up a ribbon in your school’s color and hang it visibly in your yard to show your support for the teachers of your community! We ❤️ our teachers!!!!

Started the first two Fridays of the month off with closings- this might be my favorite month of the year so far!!!

Congrats to my buyers in Antrim on April Fools day (no jokes here!)! A special thanks to Nicole Howley of Coldwell Banker Realty and Ryan Flodin of Supreme Lending for their collaborative efforts. We had a stellar closing at Market Street Settlement up in Concord, too!

This past Friday was another fabulous close brought together by Carrie Anne Gardner from our very own ROG Next Level, and the team over at X5 Loans !!! A special thanks to for providing 2 more thorough home inspections 🛠 and to Cohen for another fun closing- Hunter is one of the best!! Wishing my buyers lots of wonderful memories ahead in their new home… and if you’re in the Manchester area check out their bakery at !!! Delicious coffee and treats, and I happen to think the owners are pretty cool, too 😉😋

Congrats to my buyers over the last few weeks! 🎉 With aggressive strategies and a solid understanding of where the market is at, anything is possible. The first house pictured was the first offer these buyer’s and I put in, the second house was the second offer after checking out a few different property types, and we were the runner’s up for the third property and lucky for us the winning offer didn’t work out! Here’s to a few early spring, smooth transactions! 🥂

💡 Tuesday Tip 💡

When was the last time you cleaned your fridge??? I don’t just mean throwing out all the food that’s gone bad, I mean scrubbing the walls, doors, and shelves!

I highly recommend cleaning out your fridge on a weekly basis. Every time you bring food in, check all that’s leftover from the week before. You know that feeling of disappointment and disgust when you grab the tomato and your fingers squish right into it, or the block of cheese is covered in mold! 🤢

Additionally, consider deep cleaning the fridge and freezer every quarter, or when the seasons change. A magic eraser works wonders, but so does the classic vinegar spray and water solution and a bit of elbow grease. Those spills can grow bacteria, too (plus it just looks nasty and potentially threatens the life expectancy of your appliance).

And don’t forget to check the dates on your condiments!!!

Whether we like it or not, winter is clearly right around the corner! Time limited to finish fall clean up and prepare for the winter ahead.

Have you…
🍂 Removed leaves (or at least chopped them up like picture 2 😂)- don’t let a heavy layer of leaves ruin next year’s lawn!
🍂 Cleaned out your gutters
🍂 Drained and properly stored hoses
🍂 Shut off water to spigot to prevent freezing, if necessary
🍂 Plant bulbs for spring
🍂 Move freezable garage liquids like paints and pesticides to a warm storage location
🍂 Clean and store patio furniture, string lights, decorative planting pots, etc.

What’s your preferred leaf removal? Do you rake them, mow them, or blow them away? Better question, does it really matter now that it’s snowed? 😂❄️
