📍 Rockingham County• Just Listed: 173 homes• Under Contract: 153 homes• Closed: 97 homes

📍 Hillsborough County• Just Listed: 156 homes• Under Contract: 101 homes• Closed: 80 homes

Combined across both counties, we saw:✨ 329 new listings hit the market✨ 254 homes go under contract✨ 177 homes successfully close

Rockingham County saw a particularly strong week with more homes going under contract than hitting the market, showing continued buyer demand. Whether you're thinking about making a move this summer or simply keeping an eye on the market, staying informed is key.
