Hey everyone... Im not sure if you saw that starting in a few months, they are decoupling real estate commissions for buyers to negotiate & or pay for their own representation. You'd have to pay out of pocket or negotiate it in with the home sale.

If you've thought of buying, I'd do it now, while you won't have that added expense. I've got some awesome properties you may want to consider.
