My clients V & S came to me almost a year ago saying they were needing to sell their home to go to something smaller and a little less maintenance. Initially we got the ball rolling to have their home put on the market for spring, but unexpected hurdles came our way that kept delaying our time into the market.

Luckily by start of fall we were ready to hit the ground running! After a week in the market we secured the right buyer for their home! 🏡
