Phenix Title Services Announces Sales Leadership Promotion

Phenix Title Services, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Misty Kashmer to Sales Manager.

Misty joined Phenix in 2014, and previously served as a Marketing Director, conducting closings and marketing efforts for the company in Maine and New Hampshire. In her new role, she will add managerial duties, like mentoring team members, and will help shape the future direction of Phenix Title Services.

The promotion recognizes Misty’s continued dedication to Phenix Title’s growth, culture, and reputation across Maine and New Hampshire. She is a trusted leader and relationship-builder, and has been instrumental in elevating the Phenix brand and strengthening connections in the real estate community.

Phenix Title Services Announces New President

Phenix Title Services, LLC is proud to announce the promotion of Patrick Thornton to President, and welcomes him aboard the ownership team.

Patrick joined Phenix Title in 2018 as Executive Vice President and managing attorney for its Maine operations. Patrick has a long history as a real estate professional and attorney, dating back to 1997 when he took a job as receptionist for Phenix predecessor Northeast Land Title.

The promotion comes after the retirement of co-founder and past CEO Lynne Paul at the end of 2025, who led the company since its inception in 2007.

Patrick graduated cm laude from the Maine School of Law (’07), where he was Research Editor of the Maine Law Review. He has served several roles at title companies and law firms over his career, including processor, abstractor, closer, litigator, mediator, and title attorney. He has appeared in the District, Superior, Probate and Supreme Courts of Maine, and has conducted thousands of real estate transactions.

This prestigious honorary designation from the NAR recognizes more than 40 years of dedicated membership and meaningful service to the real estate industry.

We had a wonderful evening at The Westbrook Inn celebrating during the Granite State South Board of Realtors Annual Officer Installation, surrounded by colleagues and friends honoring this well-deserved achievement.
