Narragansett Bay Club Prepares to Break Ground on 18 New Homes Under Agreement!

Portsmouth, RI –Narragansett Bay Club, formerly Newport Beach Club, was sold to new owners/builders in May 2021 and sales have been brisk ever since! “Having this group of experienced developers/builders at the helm has made all the difference in our positive sales efforts,” stated Stacie Mills, Principal Broker for Vanderbilt International Properties Ltd. (VIP Ltd. ) VIP Ltd. also represented the new ownership on the sale of the property and is the exclusive brokerage firm for the waterfront development. The developers plan to start construction on the new homes under agreement by the end of October. There are a limited number of semi-custom and custom homes starting from $1,200,000.
