ally a Brentwood native, he graduated from Exeter High School and left to pursue a BS in Integrated Marketing from Emerson College. After years in Boston he spent time in Portsmouth, North Hampton, and Newburyport before settling with his family in Exeter in 2012 for a brand marketing position at Timberland. Outside of work Geoff loves spending time with his wife and three young boys. He enjoys woodworking, outdoor sports, cooking and various creative outlets. He’s coached youth sports, contributed to the Exeter Town Master Plan and participated in many community service activities. Holly's former clients and coworkers value her innate ability to connect with people and anticipate their needs. With over 15 years in hospitality, marketing and event management, she understands how to recognize each client’s goals and deliver on them. From planning corporate events, to producing global marketing campaigns, to managing a hectic household with three young boys, Holly understands how to multitask and negotiate with ease. A native of the Seacoast area and UNH graduate, Holly possesses a broad professional and personal network. She currently resides in her hometown of Exeter with her family and husband, Geoff, who is also a Carey & Giampa sales agent. Together they balance analytical and creative thinking, and team up to combine client vision, negotiating and strategic marketing tactics. Outside of work, Holly loves spending time with her family, skiing, and relaxing outdoors. One of her passions in addition to family life is interior design and sharing a vision for her clients to see what a home could look like with a few small touches.

Incredible...Not only the number 1 highest sale in NH at 25M, but 5 out of the 10 top selling seacoast homes sold by Carey and Giampa in 2022. Let's goooo 2023!

Three of the homes are located in Rye Beach, while homes in Greenland, Hampton, New Castle, Portsmouth and Seabrook also made the list.
