When we first walked into this house it was hard to imagine it would ever feel like a home at all. It was in HORRIBLE condition from the subfloor to the ceiling.

Fast forward to now and this same space is unrecognizable from where it started. Repaired, renovated and refreshed it finally looked like a home that anyone would feel comfy in.

I love seeing these before + after's next to each other because it’s truly amazing what a little vision, hard work and a coat of paint can do to a space, and it's amazing what that space can do for the right person, it can become a home🏡

Check out a few pictures from the duct work replacement job we just wrapped up last week!

The customer had a couple duct lines completely torn in half just pumping A/C into their crawlspace causing a lot of moisture issues. So, that's the problem we were there to solve. But there is always more to the story. Most problems have other problems behind them that need to be addressed before things are actually correct properly.

So, when we got under there, we realized most of their duct lines needed to be replaced and the entire trunk line had moldy, deteriorating insulation which was caused by the A/C pumping right into the crawlspace for who knows how long.

They just bought this house, and being first time home buyers, we had to make sure we took good care of them. And that's exactly what we did.

Thankfully we were able to replace all the duct lines before it got too cold or they would have been heating their crawlspace and not their home.

If you find yourself in a similar situation or just want to have someone check out your crawlspace to make sure things are looking good going into the winter season, give us a shout and we'll get you on the schedule but don't wait until it's too late, we are getting pretty booked up right now.

PS - Don't always trust your home inspections nice, detailed inspection report. This fella missed a thing or two.

Another crawlspace project complete ✅

This home was dealing with high moisture and comfort issues caused by failing duct lines and worn-out insulation around the HVAC trunk. We took care of it the right way:

🔹 Removed deteriorated insulation
🔹 Installed new R8 insulation on the trunk line
🔹 Replaced all 10 flexible duct lines
🔹 Upgraded the crawlspace access door
