Full circle moment 🏡🥰

I stopped by the open house at my childhood home in Quincy, and it was definitely a surreal experience walking through it again. It’s always interesting to see how a home evolves with new owners and the updates they make to truly make it their own.

One thing that really made me smile was seeing my mom’s chandelier still hanging and looking beautiful. ✨

Not all square footage is created equal 👀

Unfinished basements can be great bonus space but they usually aren’t counted in a home’s main living area.

Pro tip: Ask your agent what’s finished/unfinished + below grade, and what counts toward the total square footage.
