Such a thoughtful idea I spotted at a recent final walkthrough, and actually the first time I’ve seen a seller do this! 🤍

The sellers left behind a folder with information about the home, along with a few little touches for the new owners. It got me thinking about how useful a “house folder” can be long before it’s time to sell.

Manuals, warranties, repair receipts, paint colors, contractor info, permits… all those things you swear you’ll remember where you put. 😂
