Just Sold!

I had the pleasure of assisting this wonderful couple in the purchase of this beautful newly constructed home at the 55 and over community development at The Preserve at Hunters Hill in Dighton, MA. They were downsizing and in search of something that offered the room they enjoyed with one-level living, all while trying to coordinate the timing of the sale of their current home of 30 years, with the purchase of this new home. This option worked out great, as they were able to purchase something that timed well with their sale, while checking many of their boxes. It prooved to be a less stressful process than trying to find an older home listed on MLS, competing with other buyers, and then having to make their desired upgrades to the home after the purchase. This is move-in ready, and it was beatifully done! I am so happy for my clients, and though we had our obstacles in this journey, as most do, we got through it together, smoothly.
