Colin has extensive experience in the community, having served as the Town of Stratham’s Director of Public Works and owning a landscaping company based out of Stratham. Through these roles, he has developed valuable relationships with community partners and government officials in many New Hampshire seacoast communities, particularly with Town and City Planning, Building, Code Enforcement, and Public Works Departments. Colin’s experience is supported by a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s of Science (BS) in Construction Management and Civil Engineering from New England Institute of Technology. In addition to his real estate work, Colin has served his hometown community, the Town of Stratham by volunteering on several boards, including the Planning Board, Stratham Hill Park Association (as President), Cemetery Trustees (as Chairman), Master Planning Member, Stratham Fair, and Smyk Park Trustee. Outside of work, Colin enjoys spending time with his family, taking advantage of all that New Hampshire has to offer in terms of outdoor activities, such as visiting beaches, restaurants, scenic landscapes, ski areas, and lakes region.
