After we celebrated our Success and awarded our Stars, we took to the Sand for an interactive Team Building experience on York Beach. Led by Randy King, our leaders broke into teams to build their Sandcastle Resorts. Midway, their resorts were sold and teams had to takeover another sandcastle project and work together through a series of challenges towards an award winning property.
