This deal will stay with me! So special. The house of the mom of one of my oldest, dearest friends came on the market. I loved her mom so much, even lived there for a brief time. I also knew it was perfect for my buyers - who had been looking for quite some time! We were able to put the deal together, and it feels perfect in every way. Kelly & Kendall found the perfect place, and it feels like the circle is complete for this super special home. Love what I do!

This was a big one! I met these guys from my boys being boy scouts, and now Aidan has purchased his first place! It was a long journey with lots of twists & turns, but they hung in there. Amazing! And.. makes me feel a bit old- I won’t lie!
