🌟Closed!🌟
Sometimes in this business, we have clients who you've never met, some who are family, some who are friends, and some who become your friend. While one of these sellers was a friend, I like to think that another became one. Sometimes, we have closings that are a next step in someone's exciting new chapter, some that are a next step in closing the door on another (sometimes both). I like to think that this one was both. Sometimes we have a closing that feels like everyone is just going through the motions and are just ready to move on to what happens next, and then there are those that just hits you right in the feels. This one was just that.
If these walls could talk they would tell the tale of a beautiful story that was written in this home. They would share about an everlasting love of a husband and wife who created over 2 decades worth of memories here with their children and their grandchildren. They would tell of a great heartache leading to a new chapter, and as I mentioned, I like to think a new adventure. It's never too late for adventure.
Joe, Stacey and Aaron, I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with your family through this monumental task of selling your home. Monumental intending to describe not just the process of going through and packing up 20+ years worth of belongings (which I know was a monumental task in and of itself), but the enormity of emotion that came with this. In no way did it feel too much for me to want to do to help you. Working with you all was a pleasure and I don't take it for granted how important the responsibility of helping you into this next chapter was. I wish you all the best in what comes next and I can't wait to come visit when you are all settled. ❤️
