Starting 2026 marks the 13th anniversary of my solo journey in the U.S. For those who may think 13 is an unlucky number, my 13th year has represented a pivotal change.

Over these years, I have worked through personal healing and growth together with building a new career at the age of 50. Although never planned or intentional, my skill sets were more aligned with becoming a REALTOR®️than I could have imagined and this career has become a wonderful cornerstone in my life.

Looking back over the 13 years, it’s not surprising that I would invest in purchasing my own home, as home has always been a place of comfort throughout my life as it is for many of you. I could not have fathomed the unique circumstances creating an opportunity to purchase a special home in desirable Exeter, NH. Those circumstances have certainly shaped my story each day since 2016: business, neighbors, friendships. It was also a pivotal moment in my journey, as CHANGE is a lot about TRUST, and even when I wasn’t quite ready to trust myself, I was fortunate to have people who trusted me. Others believed in me, and with their guidance, the decision to purchase was really just SIMPLE numbers and lifestyle. Key principles I discuss today when assisting buyers with their own home purchase.

Finding your passion and finding your people is certainly an ongoing voyage. Moving to the US, it has taken years to find my ‘tribe’. While 2025 cemented my friendships in the US, this year also brought to the forefront your true friendships can never be taken for granted. Losing one of my friends in Canada to cancer shattered our world. My friend was a role model, a leader, and had a major impact in others’ lives. Her life will forever be remembered!

Today, I remain extremely lucky as each one of the people I surround myself with is unique, gifted, professional, passionate and compassionate in a way that contributes positively to my life.

2025 has been a pivot of mindset to living in the moment while planning for the future! Thank you 2025. I look forward to the trek ahead in 2026!

2025 - You’ve been good to me!

As a REALTOR®️in New Hampshire, Maine and Mass, I’ve sold antiques, new construction, condos, investment properties, and land - after all New England certainly has a mix of styles. In 2025, I was fortunate to list and close potentially one of the rarest properties of my career - a stunning Cape + private airplane hangar in a residential airpark community in NH.

The marketing was fun and staging a whole new level of over the top when my client’s family flew in on a private plane with photo worthy orange stripes for our marketing video!

Real estate projects change every transaction and it’s a fascinating full time career choice. I look forward to interesting new projects in 2026.

As 2025 comes to a close, I breathe deeply with gratitude for an especially wonderful year of experiences. In addition to helping 27 buyers/sellers find their next home, I was able to take some personal time away from being a REALTOR®️for adventures of my own!

Here’s a few shots of some of my favorite experiences in Japan in March of this year!

Seeing the early cherry blossoms in person is unforgettable and one of those moments where the silence of the hustle in Japan is mesmerizing.

Equally rewarding was climbing Mount Fushimi Inari through its thousands of vermilion torii gates. It was definately a personal best climb for me!

Kyoto was a city of modern architecture mixed with traditional temples, gardens, and amazing farm to table cuisine experiences!

Have you ever thought about visiting Japan? I would highly recommend a trip in your future.
