Every home sale has a story. Some are just a little more complicated than others.
Today we officially closed on 19 Elm St in Lancaster, NH.
When Mary hired us, her goal was simple. Sell her property and relocate to Florida to be closer to family.
The challenge was that 19 Elm St wasn't a typical property. The converted barn, attached studio space, commercial zoning, and unique layout created hurdles during financing and appraisal. The buyers loved the property, but making the loan work required creativity, persistence, and teamwork from everyone involved.
Along the way, we navigated appraisal challenges, financing requirements, and property modifications to help bring the transaction to a successful closing.
