FYI: Modern Pest Services rescheduled to treat the foundation of each building as well as the adjoining soil for the control of general insect pests.

The new date for the application will take place on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, weather permitting. They will be starting at approximately 8:00 a.m.

Please note: People and pets should avoid contact with exterior treated surfaces until they have dried approximately 1 (one) hour.

3/6/26-7:00a.m.-We are still unsure if a final cleanup of the parking lots will be needed. If we do, it will not be done until late morning/early afternoon. Please check back for updates.

3/5/26-5:30 p.m.-We are expecting snow to start this evening and continue into tomorrow morning. We will keep the U-shapes in the parking lots and sidewalks in the courts clear of snow as needed throughout the storm. We are unsure if we will need to do a final cleanup. Please check back for updates.

3/4/26-6:00 a.m.-It will be necessary to do a final cleanup of the parking lots today, Wednesday March 4th. All vehicles need to be moved out of the parking lots so this can be done. If you do not move your vehicle, you will be charged for not moving. All vehicles on the odd side of Blue Heron Drive and the odd side of Osprey Drive need to be out of the parking lots by 10:00 a.m. Once they have completed the odd side on both streets, they will do the even side of Blue Heron Drive and the even side of Osprey Drive. Please have your vehicle cleaned off before moving it to another parking lot. The final cleanup of the parking lots may move quickly so please watch to see when your parking lot is done so that you can move your vehicle back to your lot before they start clearing the lots on the even side.

3/03/26-4:00 p.m.-We will keep the U-shapes in the parking lots and sidewalks in the courts clear of snow as needed throughout the storm. It is predicted to end sometime overnight. We are unsure at this time if a final cleanup will be needed tomorrow. We may not know until tomorrow morning. We are not expecting a lot of snow and we are predicted to have warmer temperatures in the upper 40's tomorrow. Please check back for updates.

2/23/26-7:30 p.m.-It will be necessary to do a final cleanup of the parking lots tomorrow, Tuesday, February 24th. All vehicles need to be moved out of the parking lots so this can be done. If you do not move your vehicle, you will be charged for not moving. All vehicles on the odd side of Blue Heron Drive and the odd side of Osprey Drive need to be out of the parking lots by 10:00 a.m. Once they have completed the odd side on both streets, they will do the even side of Blue Heron Drive and the even side of Osprey Drive. 2/22/2026-4:30 p.m.-We are expecting a big snowstorm to begin this evening and not stop until tomorrow evening. There will be blizzard conditions with heavy snow and high winds. If we get what is predicted, the final cleanup will not be done tomorrow. It will most likely be done on Tuesday. We will be keeping the U-shapes in the parking lots and sidewalks in the courts clear of snow as best as we can in those conditions. Please be patient with the plow company employees and our maintenance employees. They will be doing the best that they can considering the blizzard conditions. Please check back for updates.

2/20/26 7:00 p.m.--It will be necessary to do a final cleanup of the parking lots tomorrow, Saturday, February 21st. All vehicles need to be moved out of the parking lots so this can be done. If you do not move your vehicle, you will be charged for not moving. All vehicles on the odd side of Blue Heron Drive and the odd side of Osprey Drive need to be out of the parking lots by 10:30 a.m. Once they have completed the odd side on both streets, they will do the even side of Blue Heron Drive and the even side of Osprey Drive. Please have your vehicle cleaned off before moving it to another parking lot. The final cleanup of the parking lots can move quickly so please watch to see when your parking lot is done so that you can move your vehicle back to your lot before they start clearing the lots on the even side.
