Westwinds Apartments loves sharing the good stuff happening around our city, and this one is worth putting on everyone’s radar. The Ultimate Build‑A‑Boat Challenge is coming back to Old Town Portsmouth for a full weekend of fast, wacky, family‑friendly fun. Teams will be out at Crawford Bay building their boats from scratch on Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and then racing them on Sunday from 2:30 to 4:30. It’s one of those classic waterfront events that pulls the whole community together and gives you something different to watch right on the water.

If you’re looking for something local, lively, and easy to get to, this is a great way to spend part of your weekend. Westwinds Apartments is always proud to highlight events that make Portsmouth feel like home.
