This one closed in December, but it was worth mentioning. Half an acre, a classic stone wall, and just enough country charm to feel like a real escape. Even a chicken coop, which says everything about the setting.

Really happy for the buyers and grateful for a smooth close all around. Homes like this are always fun to work on.
