Personable, genuine, self-motivated, and hardworking are just a few words to describe Kirstin in her profession as a Realtor. She loves guiding people through the process of buying or selling a home, knowing that it can be both a complicated but wonderful process when done right. Kirstin prides herself in going the extra mile for her clients to ensure they are happy throughout the transaction and
beyond. Kirstin has lived in Portsmouth, NH since 2006 with her husband, Christian, who works as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. One aspect of Portsmouth she loves is how close it is to the places she and her husband cherish. Kirstin grew up in the Adirondacks region of upstate NY, just a four-hour drive from the Seacoast. Loving being surrounded by mountains and lakes Kirstin then moved two hours north of Portsmouth to Lewiston, ME to attend Bates College where she obtained a Bachelors degree with Honors in Geology and a Minor in Economics. Then it was off to Boston with her future husband, just an hour away from where they’d settle a few years later. Living in Portsmouth has brought so many things Kirstin and her family love to their doorstep. Paddle board up Brave Boat Harbor at high tide or have lunch at Chauncey Creek. Take a hike up Mount A, go skiing at Gunstock, or ice skating at Strawbery Banke. So many wonderful things in this seacoast community to enjoy! Kirstin’s previous work experiences include being a Field Geologist for an environmental consulting company as well as time working as both a chef and then manager in the food service industry. In the background, real estate was calling. Kirstin loves helping others and had been exposed to real estate through a few family members who also work in the business. She also aspired to learn more about her community and find ways to be involved. Real estate seemed like the perfect transition that would allow her to continue serving others while also serving the community.
