As I reflect on all the land and houses that have been sold, I often find myself thinking about the well-being of my client/friends over the years.
I make it a point to check in and see how their lives are unfolding. They frequently share updates or photos of the renovations they've undertaken, which is truly fulfilling.
UPDATE-
Remember Jamison? He purchased 10 acres with the intention of building a home. I recently reached out to wish him a happy landerversery (1 year) and was amazed by what he's accomplished so far! It's moments like these that remind me why I love my job – witnessing the realization of people's dreams and aspirations! This is so awesome!

Welllllll LAST WEEK I had 5 closings in Spokane WA yes 5! On one of the deals I was a dual agent! What does that mean? Means I represented both the seller and buyer! As we know buying and selling can be a stressful time. It can also be somewhat of an emotional time as well! So many memories are made in your home. Thank you to those who put all your trust in me! So excited for my clients who are now my new friends! I will miss not talking to them daily but trust me I will stay in contact.

I’m so happy for all my clients!
In one situation with our new white home. I was able to get my buyers a $30,000. Incentive to use it on whatever they please. Also I got the price lowered! And the builders are paying 1/2 of closing costs WHAT! The home on the bottom is going to an investor who is going to give it a new facelift. Can’t wait to see it when it’s finished !
