Chelsey's love for real estate started at a young age. She had the privilege of growing up in the small town of Tonasket, Washington where she spent summers fixing up rental houses with her Grandma and watching her Grandpa buy houses at foreclosure auctions. She moved to Spokane and started selling Real Estate in 2014 where she found her passion for helping others find their home and watching people create wealth through real estate.

She was Rookie of the Year in her first year in Real Estate and has continued to consistently rank in the top 2% of agents in Spokane. She prides herself on customer satisfaction and strives to create lifelong relationships with her clients.

Tyler is fortunate to be a husband to Sharleen and proud father to two daughters. He's been a resident of the Spokane Valley since 1988 and attended school in the Central Valley School District and later at Washington State University. He is an Air Force veteran, a music enthusiast, a college and high-school football referee and a passionate fan of the Seattle Mariners. His favorite things to do are spend time on the family boat, play golf poorly, and travel anywhere with his wife. As a family they enjoy laughing at each other, eating out, and spending time at their property on the St. Joe River. They truly love living in the Northwest with all it has to offer in terms of work and play.

Tyler became a Realtor in 2007 to be a key part of the solution in the biggest and most complex transactions in his clients' lives. He doesn't shy away from the tough conversations that arise and he has honed his negotiating instincts over hundreds of closed deals on both sides of the transaction. When people ask him what his specialty in real estate is he says “Relationships," because he knows the importance of having a firm foundation with his clients when they enter into the market together. He looks forward to working for you – he likes to promise a very moving experience!
