Team Town & Country Rentals is looking to hire a reliable and motivated Maintenance Worker to join our team. This is an hourly position, and pay is based on experience.

We manage a variety of residential properties in LeFlore County and are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is dependable.

Requirements:
• Must have a working vehicle and a valid driver’s license
• Must carry current auto insurance
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Good communication

Preferred Experience:
• General handyman and experience
• Lawn care and carpentry experience
• construction tools
• Experience working with rental properties or property management companies

Job Duties Include:
• Responding to maintenance work orders
• Yard maintenance and trash cleanup
• Painting, drywall, and general repairs
• Preparing units between tenant move-outs
