My buyers walked into this home and instantly fell in love. A few hours later they called, ready to write a strong offer. It was already late, but after hearing another offer had come in, we were writing contracts at 10:30 that night, determined to give them every chance.

The next morning, while I was at prayer group, I got the call.

We didn’t get it.

This was never just a sale… it was a transition, engineered with intention.
These clients were referrred to me by a neighbor and they didn’t really know how to approach next steps. Together we came up with a clear goal: retire well, maximize the asset, and exit clean.
