Foulger Pratt is proud to announce the grand opening of The Paxton - a transformative affordable housing development in Washington DC's Ward 7! Mayor Bowser led the ribbon-cutting ceremony for this groundbreaking project that brings 148 fully affordable units to our community. At nearly 160,000 square feet, The Paxton isn't just about housing - it's about building community. The development features 5,300 sf of dedicated amenity space fostering an active, healthy community, along with on-site support services through Community of Hope. Strategically located to extend the H Street Corridor's development, residents will enjoy direct access to retail and public transit via the H Street streetcar.
