Find Your Dreams A Home My Story. I grew up locally here in Montgomery County. As a kid, life wasn't always easy.

There was a time in my life when I didn't have a home to call my own. I knew I'd rather not be a victim of my hard times and circumstances and I would make it a point to give back. I enlisted in the Army Reserve at the end of high school to help pay for my education at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. I worked in finance and helped run a nonprofit that helped Veterans obtain VA benefit

s. Wanting to get "out of the conference room" I decided to move into real estate. I began helping financial planning clients and friends with their real estate needs and it turned out that I loved it! I enjoyed how relationship-centric real estate is. It's allowed me to bond with people in a way financial planning didn't. I became addicted to the impact I could have on a person's life by telling them "you got the house!" or "we are under contract!". Everyone is so grateful that it never feels like work. Real estate allows me to be with my family more than ever. Chances are you are going to see Kinley when I drop off a sign or hear my son in the background while on a call. I hope they see my desire to help others and impact them to want to do the same.

Full circle moment.⁣

About 8 years ago I decided that the big box gym wasn’t getting it done.⁣
⁣
It felt isolating, boring, and not fulfilling. We all know that feeling.⁣
⁣
I wanted to push myself out of my comfort zone & decided to try group fitness.⁣
⁣
I was hooked! I Loved it all. From HIIT, Crossfit, Bikram——You name it and I was doing it.⁣
⁣
Why? Because of the coaches.⁣
⁣
I’ve been so thankful for each coach I’ve had. ⁣
⁣
Doesn’t matter if it’s physically or mentally related-—They all do one thing really well.⁣
⁣
They all care like you wouldn’t believe!⁣
⁣
Not just about your health, but they care about your families, friends, pets, and everything in between.⁣
⁣
Fitness is a funny thing. We all stink together for an hour & yet we all create these long term bonds!⁣
⁣
And here are both and I, 8 years later creating a community here at .rockville where everyone can come and become their best!

Maybe it’s me laying in front of a truck in yellow pants, or holding my kids upside down all while giving helpful tips & tricks.⁣

The one thing I will never ask is for you to pose with a “Just Sold” sign.⁣

The reason is simple.⁣

The experience isn’t about me....it’s about you! ⁣

I got fired today.

I recently began working with a client who after 3 weeks is moving in a different direction.

Why?

It was because I was honest from the start.

I was honest that the time they wanted to list was rushed, but they wanted to anyway.

I was honest about the list price, but wanted to list higher than the current market.

I was honest that homes typically take about 45 days to move under contract.

I moved quickly deploying my team of landscapers, contractors, photographer, and cleaners.

I showcased over 50 private showings and 5 open houses within a small window.

I spent Father’s day working their listing.

When I asked if they were relisting and was told “yes, this person promised us the world”.

While I would love to do that, I can’t. It’s not fair to over promise.

The one thing I always promise is transparency, education, and honesty.

While it stings, I treat every client like they were my own mom.

I mean, she has had me represent her plenty!

Hard to believe it’s already been 30 days since ISI Rockville opened its doors.

This journey began 18 months ago—just the two of us, & I having long talks, late nights, and a shared vision. From day one, it was never just about building a gym. It was always about the people. The lives we could impact. The community we could grow.

Now, 30 days in, it’s been more than we ever imagined. The kind words, the thoughtful messages, the reviews—they’ve touched us deeply. These were the moments we dreamed about when this was still just an idea on paper.

What keeps us going, day after day, is the people walking through our doors. Our members inspire us. Your energy, your commitment, your heart—it’s what gives us the strength to keep showing up and giving our best.
