I don't often use my Facebook business page, but I wanted to share this...
Last week, John and I met with a real estate customer, and in the course of the conversation, the Buyer said, "When I first met you, you told me that you were in this business to help people make their dreams come true, and here we are a year later..." He reminded me of all the ways his circumstances are less than ideal and all the walls he had run into before he reached out to me one day, and against some tough odds, we made the first steps on the way to his real estate dreams.
If you know me, you know that I am in real estate inspired my mother who loved her late-life career in real estate. She was never one to accept excuses or quit because things were hard. If you put an obstacle in her way, she would gather her resources, wait for the right time, and then work around, through, or over it. I like to think that I learned from watching her. It's fun to get easy listings and well qualified buyers; I surely welcome those. But the greatest satisfaction in this job comes from being an agent who walks all kinds of Buyers around all kinds of obstacles toward their dreams.
The days are getting longer, and the 2025 real estate season is just around the corner. If you have real estate dreams in the North Country, I would love to help.
