Daniel Schlegel (The Cat in the Hat) feels swell as a spouse to be performing again with Steel River Playhouse! His previous show credits have been very nice, such as Christmas Carol, which he has done twice. (Jonathon in 2017; Fred/Young Ebenezer in 2021) And Newsies! Such a fun endeavor, meeting good friends he’ll cherish forever. (Romeo/Ensemble). In high school, the Hill School, he’s had numerous shows, such as Les Miserables (Jean Valjean), The Fantasticks (El Gallo/Narrator), and Sweeney Todd (Beadle Bamford) and…who knows? This Fall he's off to college with glee, at Catholic University in Washington DC, studying Musical Theatre, or in other words, MT. He thanks his mother and father; cast and crew, especially Director Lisa for getting us through; the costume designer, Teal, for her wonderful mind, and Erin for being incredibly kind. He wishes you all have a wonderful time, and that you’ll pardon his speaking in rhyme.
