Steady progress in Yorkville

Couple of our winter projects finishing up in our Minersville Building.

👉Converting our utility closet into additional storage availability for tenants as well as adding a bike 🚲 rack so that they are kept out of the lobby area.

👉adding water access in our laundry room closet for easier cleaning. 🧹

👉updated handrails and lighting on steps/stairs

Pottsville’s flip progress on the west end of town.

This family flip crossed the finish line 🏁 Friday. We learned so many things on this one over the last 6 months.

We Had to pivot a few times during renovations on layout but ending up adding a additional bedroom and a full bath 🛀

We also had to put the house back on the market after being under contract in the first 3 days in the fall as The first set of buyers were unable to sell their home in Philly.

We trusted what we knew on the market and were confident the quality of work put into home 🏠 would show through.

Sure enough after a few more showings we we back under contract last month and now were able to close put a new couple into their georgeous lake home.

Even though things don’t always go as planned or that problems persist , when doubts creep in whether something was even worth starting, stick with it. Dont quit

It’s ok to learn on the job. Just keep pushing forward. Keep your end goals in mind why you started and you cant lose.

Not rain, nor heavy winds not broken down lifts or Snow could stop this project from finally wrapping up.

What started out in the fall quickly turned into 2025 sometimes even when you think you have all your ducks in a row in regards to a project things happen and you’ve got to adjust accordingly, but never stop pushing forward.

The Building is really starting to come together and we have super high aspirations for the brick beauty in 2025.

We are in need of puppy p*e pads for a stray momma we took in that had puppies. The puppies will not be available for another 6 weeks or so. We do not know if they are full bred or mixes at this point. We just know they are cute puppies. Just a friendly reminder that this week is going to be brutal especially overnight. Make sure your vacant properties or those that you are rehabbing are heated enough that you don’t have to go through a full gut rehab with a busted pipe.
