I am almost 60, but I still feel young and vibrant. I hope that never changes. 💛🧡

How to stay young. . . A few ideas I’m focusing on:

💛 Be joyful
🧡 Be positive
💛 Be curious
🧡 Keep learning new stuff
💛 Practice gratitude
🧡 Smile and laugh regularly
💛 Have a giving heart
🧡 Stay socially connected
💛 Be active and exercise
🧡 Eat well - a balanced diet
💛 Adequate rest and sleep
🧡 Embracing new experiences
💛 Maintain a sense of humor
🧡 Mix with young people
💛 Do some crazy stuff from time to time
🧡 Challenge yourself
💛 Visit new places
🧡 Help others and be charitable

Getting older in age doesn’t mean we have to become grumpy and stagnant. And I have no plans on becoming a grumpy old lady.

A heartfelt thank you to the residents of Queen of Peace Apartments for once again coming together for their SPCA donation drive.

This thoughtful tradition gives tenants the opportunity to donate gently used blankets, pillows, sheets, towels, and pet supplies — and many also choose to purchase food and other items for animals in need.

We are so grateful for the kindness and generosity shown by these residents. Their donations will help provide comfort, care, and support to pets waiting for their forever homes at the SPCA.

Thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this drive a success!
