I don’t always eat healthy, but when I do, I try to make it at a locally owned small business.

Fuelrz Natural Muffins + Coffee in Silverdale, WA is an all-female owned business started by a woman who wanted to feed her friends and family healthy snacks and she started out of the back of her car! 🚗

Once word got out, the owner had no other choice but to expand her business and open a store front, and I’m not sorry she did!

As a realtor and small business owner myself, it’s hard sometimes to get good nutrition on the go. I’m so grateful to support places like Fuelrz who always make me feel like I’m making at least one responsible decision for myself 😂.

Plus, the food is *REALLY* tasty - you’d never even know all the good-for-you stuff they’ve snuck in there.
