There’s still time to support our StandUp & Give Hope Donation Drive! We’re collecting individually packaged snacks, juice boxes, fruit cups, oatmeal, Cup Noodles, and other easy-to-prepare food items through October 20th.

A little perspective on home prices around Kitsap 👀
Here’s a look at median sale prices for houses and condos sold in August 2026, using NWMLS statistics.

What does median mean? If you lined up every sale from lowest to highest price, it’s the number in the middle. Half of the homes sold for more and half sold for less.

You’ll find homes above and below these prices in each area. Neighborhood, size, condition, and property features all help shape what a home sells for.

Kitsap County is VERY easy to dislike if all you’ve seen is Highway 3 during rush hour 😅

But I promise there’s a completely different version of this area once you know where to go, which communities fit your lifestyle, and which local spots are worth leaving the house for.

That’s one of my favorite things about living here. There’s always another waterfront park, neighborhood, restaurant, trail, or small-town event that makes you think, “Okay... I really like it here.”
