I have been a Real Estate Broker with Windermere Real Estate since 2005 - helping sellers and buyers sell and purchase homes in our lovely Kitsap County. My strengths in real estate are: knowing my County, listening to buyers' & sellers' needs, helping Military Families Relocate/Buy and Sell, negotiating pricing & terms, marketing my listings, being there for my buyers/sellers and doing a great jo

b of representing my properties. Lived in Kitsap County since 1988 (in the same home!) and have been visiting our County since 1977. My husband was born and raised here and is a Navy Dept. of Defense retiree! His family goes back to 1925 in the waterfront community of Indianola! I was raised in a Military Family - until my father retired. From 1991 – 2008 I created, owned & operated the 1st mobile Espresso Bar catering to all the large events in Kitsap and some neighboring counties. I employed upwards to 5 employees & owned 2 espresso bars. I feel I am responsible for introducing Espresso beverages to Kitsap County!! I sold my business in 2008 and it is still doing well with its new owner! I have a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Washington in Fisheries (1981). I was employed as a Fisheries Foreign Observer on a Polish fishing vessel, was an Aquarium Manager & a Research Biologist on Mollusk and Sockeye Salmon field projects for the University of Washington. I raised 2 children through the public school system. Both of my children are grown and have wonderful careers. I believe in our Public Schools and feel children can get great educations as long their parents are involved! I love the outdoors and all our beautiful County has to offer! On my free time: you will find me - boating, biking, gardening, walking my dog, beachcombing, kayaking, taking photos, baking (I am a pretty good pie maker), organizing/serving dinners for families in need and volunteering in my town of Indianola!
