Fathom this...a real estate team with 4 members (Rain maker and 3 other agents) closes 200 units in a year. At Fathom Realty, their total fees to the brokerage would be $23k. That same scenario at other brokerages would be $57k on up. It's not that $34k savings is a big deal at that production level, but what if you took that $34k and put it back in your business? You'd get a free assistant for a year, or mass marketing, or... What would an additional $34k in your operations budget do for your GCI? $150k more, $200k more?
