This lot went pending this week. I had it listed back in 2022 for months! I took a look at what was on the market and told my clients I thought it would sell this summer as there wasn't much on the market. So happy for my clients closing on their home today! The mowing was starting to become a bit much, so it was definitely time for the next chapter.
I stopped by after closing and the buyers were already decorating and making it their own. I’m always so grateful to be part of these special milestones and life moments.
