Closed. 5989 Rancho Mission Rd #103. $385,000. First home. I spotted this one before my client was even in search mode — texted a mutual friend and said this one is perfect for her.

The number sellers fixate on is the sale price. The number that actually matters is what lands in your account after everything comes out.
