As the 2021 Real Estate year comes to a close next week Julie Watt Childress and I and our team have been busy all month of December and especially this week. In the last week closed out two of our listings, had two listing appointments, and set a listing appointment for the first week in January. On the buyer side we closed out a buyer, put another buyer under contract (which we won in the multiple offer round), and we had a buyer consultation as well with a buyer for early 2022. There is often a rumor that real estate slows down at the end of the year and does not get going again until the spring. Maybe it is the Realtors that are slowing down and not getting going. That is not what Childress & Company LLC at Keller Williams Drive are about. We are about service. If you haven’t done so yet please go and like our new business page as we have many exciting things happening in 2022.

Now for the Christmas bucket in the picture. I received this gift this week as I closed out my time on the Agent Leadership Counsel at Keller Williams Drive. This is a position that I hope all in our office strive to be a part of and I am grateful Julie and I qualified again for 2022. Julie will be on the ALC this year as I spend more time growing our team and assisting our Head Productivity Coach in our office. I am thankful for all of those other amazing Realtors in our office I served with. It was an amazing time and I am thankful for you all and our Leadership Team.

We want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year and we look forward to 2022.
