I am a licensed Realtor and a Founding Partner Agent of Howard Hanna South Central Region. With over 14 years of experience, I am dedicated to giving my clients the highest level of professionalism and service possible. I am personable, trustworthy, patient, a good communicator and listener and I often go above and beyond. I am knowledgable about the real estate market and the housing industry. I have a background in architecture and interior design, and I have worked as a builder's rep. I have the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and the Certified New Home Sales Specialist (CSP) certification. All these things help me to offer you extra insight with purchasing an existing or new build home and negotiate on your behalf. My interior design background coupled with the Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and the Professional Property Staging Realtor Consultant (PPS) certification, make me a great choice as a listing agent. I offer professional photography, videography and drone photography to my sellers at no charge as well as a home staging session. I am, personally committed to my clients, and to being by their side, every step of the buying or selling process, to make their real estate transaction go as smooth and as timely as possible.
