Fact – Qualified Buyers can finance for as little as 0 down.
#2 - Myth – Buyers need to call the Agent listed on the sign.
Fact – The Agent on the sign is looking out for the seller’s best
interest. It’s best to find your own Buyer’s Agent.
#3 – Myth – You should wait for the perfect market to buy.
Fact – There is no “perfect market”. Falling interest rates often
drives the market to higher prices.
#4 – Myth – You need perfect credit to buy a home.
Fact – Many programs to help buyers with less then perfect
credit.
