✨ **Some clients become so much more than clients.** ✨

This one is especially special to me.

Five years ago, she was the **very first client** who signed a Buyer Brokerage Agreement with me after I became a Realtor. I still remember thinking, *"Wow...she trusts me to help her!"* I was so excited and honored.

I helped her purchase a piece of land, and it ended up being my last closing before I returned to Capital One full-time. At closing, she gave me a thoughtful gift and said something I'll never forget: *"I'm sad you're not going to be an agent full-time because you're really good at it."*

Those words stayed with me.

Fast forward a few years, where I'm a full time Real Estate Agent again, and we've stayed in touch. In March, she reached out because she was ready to find a home. We toured, searched, wrote multiple offers, and stayed patient, believing the right one would come along.

And it did. ❤️

We are officially under contract on the sweetest little home that is absolutely perfect for her, and we're working toward a quick closing!

What makes this even more meaningful is that somewhere along the way she stopped being just a client and became a dear friend. We've shared laughter, celebrated milestones, walked through life's ups and downs, and built a friendship that extends far beyond real estate.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do. It's never just about buying or selling a house—it's about the people, the relationships, and the privilege of being part of such an important chapter in someone's life.

Sometimes the best things are worth waiting for!

I'm so excited to help a great friend secure this beautiful condo in Short Pump! 🏡✨

We toured this community last month, and from the moment we walked in, she knew it felt like home. The only catch? The perfect floor plan wasn't available.

What a journey this has been — and I could not be more excited for my buyer! ❤️

We first met on June 30, 2025, sitting in a coffee shop talking through her goals, dreams, and what “home” truly looked like for her and her family. From that moment on, we got to work.

All summer long, we toured homes throughout the Richmond Museum District and Carytown areas. Week after week, we walked through properties that *almost* worked… but never quite felt right. There were moments of excitement, moments of disappointment, and honestly, moments where it felt like we might never find “the one.”

But last week, after combing through the MLS searching for fresh opportunities, I found a few homes that seemed promising. One immediately caught her eye, and we quickly scheduled a tour. The moment we walked in… we knew. ✨

Another home officially under contract — and this one was truly a journey worth celebrating!

People often see the “Under Contract” post, but they don’t always see everything that happens behind the scenes to get there. This relocation search took time, patience, strategy, and trust. Over the course of many weeks, we spent 7 full days together touring homes, driving different areas, narrowing down locations, crossing places off the list, and truly figuring out not just what my clients needed… but what felt like home to them.
