We are now accepting applications for the Fall/Spring Semesters at Building 5 in Brookside Meadows. We also have cable and high-speed internet service.

Our unit consists of a spacious duplex, each side with 4 bedrooms townhome, each with an ensuite bathroom; in addition to a powder room on the first level. Also includes kitchen, complete with full-size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposer and microwave. Living room, dining area, and bedrooms are completely furnished. Our building has security cameras that cover the entire perimeter,

in addition to ADT security. We are also participants in the enhanced security at Brookside Meadows. We are a progressive management company, making continuous improvement for the comfort and security of our tenants. We are making continuous improvements, and strive to make our accommodations the envy of Prairie View. Our rates are as follows:
$525 for 12 months (or 10 months paid in full)
$575 for 10 months
For utilities; there is a $150 cap on electricity, and a $60 cap on water. The tenants are responsible for the utility costs in excess of the cap on a pro-rata basis. We are in the process of renovating our property; more pictures to follow. Please call Anthony Benton (281) 782-4978
