☀️ Summer always seems to fly by, which is why it's worth making a list of experiences you want to enjoy before the season ends.

✔️ Watch a sunset at a new spot
✔️ Host a backyard BBQ with friends and family
✔️ Explore a local trail or park
✔️ Visit a farmers' market
✔️ Take a spontaneous day trip
✔️ Enjoy an outdoor movie or concert
✔️ Spend a full day unplugged and outdoors

The best summer memories are often made from the simplest moments, not the biggest plans.

What's one thing on your summer bucket list this year?

A fresh-smelling kitchen can make a space feel cleaner, calmer, and more welcoming without anything complicated.

A few easy ways to refresh it naturally:
🍋 Simmer citrus on the stove
🪟 Open windows whenever possible for airflow
🧽 Wipe surfaces regularly to prevent unpleasant smells
🌿 Keep fresh herbs on the counter for a naturally fresh scent

Sometimes the smallest sensory details make the biggest impact!

What scent instantly makes a home feel inviting to you?

I love working with Claire so much. She is amazing not just the way they look up to professionally, but also personally. She knows “her stuff” when it comes to this industry and I could not have asked for a better mentor. We think so much alike, which is why I came to her.

Closing is coming up and I really think that we found the best property that was genuinely made for our buyer. I can’t wait to see what happens next in his next chapter in life.

Congratulations Josh on your first home purchase!!! This one had it ups and downs to say the least, but moving in down the street from my parents first home brings my heart joy. I am so excited and happy to be part of his journey during his next step in life, Josh. You’re not just family. You are an amazing client too. I am so proud of you little cousin! Also, my fellow Virgo aunt would not have been able to make this happen without you! Excited for everybody’s next chapter :)
