LEASE ANNOUNCEMENT - SUFFOLK, VA🚨

Flint Development is excited to welcome Transnational Foods to Coastal Logistics Center Phase II in Suffolk, VA! The global food distributor has signed a lease totaling 358,738 SF, expanding its East Coast logistics footprint.

We celebrated this milestone with industry partners at a recent broker event held on-site—thank you to everyone who joined us!

We had a great time celebrating the completion of Flint Commerce Center Building C! This Class A facility boasts 1,000,000 square feet, with 500,000 square feet available for lease in De Soto, KS.

Coastal Logistics Center II Construction Update 🏗

The slab pours will be completed in the coming weeks, followed by er****on of tilt panels shortly after. Once the tilt panels are in place, the next phase will involve the installation of roofing, which will mark a major milestone in the construction process!

Coastal Logistics II is set to be completed by Q4 2024! Stay tuned for further updates as we advance in Suffolk, Virginia!
