Went to Chicago for the weekend… and of course I ended up at open houses. 😂

I was genuinely curious whether open houses are handled differently in Chicago compared to Kansas City, so I toured a few while I was there — including this beauty.

Interestingly, a lot of the strategy felt very similar to KC.

Big thanks to Cynthia Sodolski, the listing agent with Compass, for allowing me to tour this stunner.
